Founded in 1996, Shenzhen JYS Electronic Technology Ltd. was originally dedicated to the design and development of LCD testing devices. Then the company has diversified its activities and broadened its skills to several fields in the LCD production, such as cleaning detergents, LCD material and electrical apparatus, becoming today a big LCD aided material manufacturer, facility designer and service provider.

The detergents that we make are suitable to clean ITO glass and LCD products at different stages of the LCD production process. HE20001 Detergent (neutral, little foam) and HE10121 Detergent (no foam) can be easily and efficiently applied to the trolley and groove cleaning of ITO glass. Especially HE20001 is made of nonionic surfactants. It has strong ability to remove dirt and no harm to the human bodies, equipments and environment. HE5001 and HE5003 detergent can be used to rinse the glass box after the crystal injection. They have the same effect as the organic solvent such as Freon, without the pollution to the environment. This meets the requirement of the environment protection.

JSW-168 Full-functional Waveform Generator is specially designed for LCD manufacturers. It is able to show the LCD product display results real-timely, according to the input IC driving parameters such as the duty ratios, bias, voltage level and frequencies. It is ideally used for adjusting the parameters of the LCD display, which guarantees the product qualification rate as high as 99%. This greatly improves the LCD product quality, and reduces the production time and cost. JSW-168 can also be used to compare the IC qualities for the LCD manufacturers.

In addition, we have developed JSW-2188 Electronic Measurement System, classified into three categories, Type I, II and III. It is specialized to test LCD products after the crystal injection process.  It quantitively measures the full display electric current and the static ion current. It also identifies the problems that will affect the product quality, including inter-layer short circuit, intra-layer short circuit and large electric current. With using JSW-2188, users can rapidly determine and control the LCD product quality. The testing speed is up to 3000 pieces per hour. JSW-2188 provides a friendly user interface, where users can easily choose the operations through the menu on the screen. JSW-2188 is the best choice for the quality analysis of TN, STN type of LCD products.

Since 2003, we have started to manufacture JST-2003 Electronic Measurement System. The design of this product is based on the structure of JSW-2188, but with higher accuracy of the output voltage level, anti-jamming ability and stability.
